Welcome Programme for the Maryland University Students -2014

Rajagiri College of Social Sciences has been blessed with eight members from Maryland University to do MSW in the College. The cordial welcome programme has been conducted by the MSW-1^st year, in Golden Aureole hall. The eminent persons were Dr. Mary Venus Joseph , Dean and Administrator, Dr. Sr. Lizy HOD, Social Work, Sir, Antony the Project Director in Rajagiri Outreach  and Professors in the college respectively.

The programme commence with College Anthem, followed by welcome notes, delivered by Dr. Sr. Lizy HOD. Social work, speech from Dean and Sir. Antony project director in Rajagiri Outreach. The speeches were of history of the College, introduction and information of the course (MSW) in the college. Sir. Kiran Thampi has given a talk on activities and various programmes for the interns based on the past experience which the interns have in the past years.

There was ppt. Presentation by Mr. Antony Francis, Mr. Don George, Mr. Alen Shibu and Mark Haokip respectively. They have spoken about the MSW course, the facilities in Rajagiri College, Activities and Field Work during the course in Rajagiri College respectively. A part from these, there was an ice-breaking sessions with the interns and the Programme ended with wishes and gay.
